Creating Templates in Excel 2003

  • Templates existing in Microsoft Office

  • Editing a template
  • Using a template for creating a new file

If you are planning to send out form letters then chances are you will need to use Access or Excel along with Word. If you are reporting information in the form letter that is represented in a chart, then how about making certain that the chart in Word automatically updates itself every time you change the data in Excel.

In this course, we will use Excel data with Word. The significant items covered will include:

  • Inserting Excel charts in a Word Document
  • Using an address listing created in Excel to create a form letter
  • Using Excel data to create a membership directory in Word
